We carry over 3 million dollars in "on-hand" inventory so the shipping time to you is fast. Our fulfillment center has trained professionals who have the know how to pack parts correctly to insure it safe arrival to you.  This makes the world of difference in reducing breakage and returns and increasing our customer service levels. Word of mouth is huge and we do not underestimate what one unhappy customer means to our business.

We are an authorized OEM Dealer for all parts listed in our catalog. That means we sell 100% Genuine parts and accessories. All of the parts we sell are covered by the factory warranty. All other parts are covered by that specific manufacturer.

First you need to know that we sell REPLACMENT parts and ACCESSORIES. The difference in the catalogs are extreme, so once you decided on what type of part you looking for then follow the steps below.

1. Replacement parts are in two categories. One is Mechanical and the other is Body parts. Not all parts are found in both catalogs although they are some redundancies. So if you run into a “no parts found” simply search for the part in the other catalog.

Can I return a part? Most parts can be returned. Please refer to the return policy and the core policy page for the specifics.


What is an RA number? RA stands for Return Authorization number.  This number should be visible on the outside of any part you are returning to us for any reason.  Please contact us prior to shipping your part and an RA number will be provided. 

What is a core charge? A core charge is a deposit on remanufactured products to insure the return of the old parts. If you buy a part with a core charge please follow our core policy to make sure you receive proper credit on your deposit.


Can I pick up parts at your location? Parts purchased on the website are not available for pickup at our physical location. This policy must be strictly enforced to reduce labor costs and keep our prices competitive.


Why are most of your online prices lower? It is less expensive to maintain an online presence than a physical storefront. By keeping our online operations separate, we can pass these savings on to the consumer.


If a Lexus part is available as a Toyota part will I get the lower Toyota price? Absolutely! We do not want to hide the fact some parts are the same. And we will always sell the part at the lowest price option.


What are aftermarket parts? Aftermarket parts are products from companies that have no affiliation with our listed Manufacturers. We may include some aftermarket products on our site to provide you with as many choices as possible.  We will include products with a good reputation and also listen to customer feedback when making decisions about what aftermarket products to include on our site. The warranty on aftermarket parts vary and is based on the policies of the specific part manufacturer.
